The problem

Your team is drowning in data work that isn’t their job.

Order entry, CRM cleanup, and document processing eat nights and weekends — or they pile up until the data is too dirty to trust. Hiring dedicated in-house staff for it is overkill; letting it slide is expensive in errors and stalled reporting.

The Teleforce answer

A managed team that keeps your data clean.

Teleforce runs a dedicated bilingual team that handles the entry, cleanup, and processing accurately — with QA and double-key verification — inside your existing tools, scaling up and down with your volume.

Accuracy built in

QA and double-key verification on every batch — clean data you can actually trust in your systems and reports.

Scales with your volume

Surge for peaks, dial back for lulls. The team follows the work instead of sitting idle between busy periods.

Inside your tools

Order, claim, and form entry, CRM de-duplication, and document digitization — right in the systems you already run.

Why Teleforce

30 years of doing it right.

Three decades of running bilingual programs for global brands means the recruiting, training, and QA are already built — so your team plugs into an operation that's been refined for years, and goes live in about two weeks.

  • Native English/Spanish agents — two languages, one seat
  • Full U.S.-business-hours overlap, not an overnight lag
  • Employed and managed by Teleforce — you just delegate

Questions

Frequently asked.

How do you maintain accuracy on high-volume data entry projects?+

We use a double-keying QA protocol: a second agent independently re-enters a defined sample of every batch, and results are compared field by field. Error rates and resolution notes feed into weekly reporting. For structured forms we also build template-level validation rules that flag impossible values before records reach your system.

Can your agents work directly inside our CRM or ERP?+

Yes. Agents are trained on your specific platform — Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, SAP, or a proprietary system — during onboarding. We do not require data exports to a third-party tool; work happens inside your environment under your access controls, with credentials issued and revoked by you.

How long does it take to get a data entry team up and running?+

Typical time-to-production is two to three weeks. The first week covers scoping, SOP review, and system-access setup. Week two is supervised training on your forms, fields, and edge-case rules. By week three, agents are working live batches under QA monitoring. Larger or more complex setups may run an extra week.
